Ray is a random character whose actions can be chosen by the player itself, making him either a good person or one of the worst criminals in town. The whole world looks like South Park's, which doesn't help much when people has to decide between killing somebody or letting them go alive, since the second option can end with the police pursuing you. Guns and weapons are always carried by Ray, it's up to you to decide if he is going to use them or keep them safe without flashing to anybody. Just like Grand Theft Auto, your actions will have consequences and therefore you must think really well about something before choosing to do, even if somebody owes you some money or you want to have vengeance upon people that hurt you or your family in the past, unless you don't care about going to jail for years or decades.
